Stop Overthinking and Start Feeling
A free 3-day somatic course for people who spend a lot of time in their heads.
Learn to recognize what your body is communicating through sensation, explore your body’s yes and no, and practice simple ways to move out of thinking about what you feel and into actually experiencing it.
Your body knows things you haven’t put into words yet.
For more than a decade, I’ve worked with people through their bodies. I started with stretching, movement and hands-on therapy, but over time I became curious about everything I was witnessing that couldn’t be explained by muscles and fascia alone.
The breath someone holds when they talk about a certain person. The shoulders that rise when they say they’re “fine.” The body that pulls back while the mouth says yes. The physical shift that happens when someone finally allows themselves to feel angry, take up space or tell the truth.
Our bodies are participating in our lives all the time.
That’s what eventually led me deeper into somatic therapy.
I’m interested in the information underneath the story: sensation, movement, emotion, impulse, tension, contraction, expansion. Not because every sensation needs to mean something profound, but because when we learn to notice what’s happening inside of us, we have access to more of ourselves.
My work isn’t about teaching you to be calm all the time or helping you become some perfectly “healed” version of yourself.
It’s about knowing yourself more deeply, building the capacity to feel what is actually here, and having more choice in what you do with it.
“The goal isn’t always to feel better. Sometimes the work is getting better at feeling.”
